Brandon Parker (Principal Consultant and Founder) is a 20-year veteran of the hospitality-food-and-beverage world.

He specializes in developing systems and trainings that help companies and their teams deliver the highest level of service. He has elevated operations for clients and teams in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, The Philippines and the Americas. The roster of fine hotels whose operations he’s refined and upgraded around the world include the Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, St. Regis, MGM Resorts, The Palazzo and Venetian, and many more.

Beyond his work with Parker Sorenson, he has founded multiple restaurant brands and held executive positions with Forbes Travel Guide, The Peninsula Beverly Hills and FAT Brands.

His broad expertise extends to HR processes and culture-driven initiatives, where he has successfully integrated core values into the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to leadership development. Through innovative HR solutions, Brandon has helped companies enhance employee engagement and drive customer satisfaction.
